Really had a good 23 night stay, all the staff are brilliant, hotel grounds and swimming pool great

Great pool, always sunbeds and towels. Good location, near everything but very quite location. Room large and well cleaned every day.

You have to climb into the bath to have a shower, this was dangerous and slippery especially when you and the bath are wet. A elderly person would really struggle getting in and out. Lighting in the bathroom could also be better.

Excellent hotel in great location

Great location in the town but very quiet and few minutes to beach ( ask staff for quick route ). Staff excellent and went out of their way to ensure everyone enjoyed the new year eve meal which was planned for outside but when it rained moved everyone inside very quickly with minimal disruption .

Lush Pating hotel, big balconies, beautiful pool and swim up bar

Lush and wonderful place! I had the most wonderful Thai massage from Aung at the spa and cannot recommend that enough- levels ahead of the other Thai massages I’ve had.

I was initially upset with the perfume they use in the room cleaner, which is far too strong a smell for me. My room smelled like a perfume shop on arrival. I wish they would reconsider their cleaning and disinfectant chemicals. The rest of the place is so nice I got passed the smell and had a great stay.

Overall our stay was amazing and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone going to Patong. We’d like to return to this hot

- location is amazing for Patong, near everything central yet very quiet - room is nice and comfy with a good balcony - room is big with lots of shelves - free soft drinks daily in fridge - bathroom is nice with a lot of space for stuff - bed is big and comfortable - the garden is nice - breakfast was nice, plenty of options - staff was nice - great value for money - it looked like some parts of the hotel are renovated, so we'd like to visit the new rooms next time

-overall things were great, but one suggestion is a bit better cleaning - more attention to dusting surfaces and cleaning the corners on the floor because dust was piling there. -the wardrobe had a bit of a mildew-y smell. -it would be nice to have chocolate spread alongside the jams in the breakfast section

We loved the pool area. The pool bar staff exceptional. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was very good. Location fabulous. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Very Good

Staff were friendly and responsive. They threw xmas party which was perfect and we really appreciate it. There were many gifts provided by hotel such as foot massage. The spa is highly recommended. Clean and professional staff.????

It would be better if they could change the bed (old ) and renew the bathroom.

Excellent amenities and rooms are also very good. Pool area is fantastic

Continuous noise from the building site next door to room. It was constant from 8am in morning to 6-7pm at night. Even on weekends.

Very Good

The room was very clean, minibar for free, automatic light control and nice staff.

Very poor breakfast, No variety at all. The quality of food was good. The view from balcony was the wall of another hotel so they can see inside the room if you pulled the curtains

A good value for money hotel in an excellent location. Clean and comfortable - met all our needs.

The central location was excellent. The pool was fabulous, although still undergoing upgrade with new pool bar. Staff were very accommodating with hotel renovations currently taking place.

Breakfast was somewhat mediocre. Renovations were in progress although noise was minimal.

Good location- clean hotel

During check out the Hotel supervisor charge me for the slippers that M sure I didn’t use it - the hotel management should give him a course to how to deal with the customers- other staff are super friendly.
